This lush, forested setting is just a three minute walk in to the charming village of Deer Isle. Ample space inside and out offers the perfect setting for larger families and group gatherings!
This lovely home will easily house groups of up to 8-10 guests. Rooms include gourmet eat-in country kitchen with adjoining family room (w/ fireplace), formal dining room, living room, library (w/ extensive video/dvd/book collection), exercise room (former parlor - bonus room), 4+ bedrooms (one of the bedroom has queen bed and full size futon), 2 full baths, 2 half baths, mudroom, and laundry in basement. It is situated on several acres surrounded by mature trees, grassy yard and seasoned gardens.
