Situated on 2 1/2 acres of lush meadow and forest, it's just a few minutes walk to the village and it's breathtaking bay (pictured below). Or hike a bit further to a pebbly beach (2 miles) or a pristine freshwater lake (1 mile). This 3 bedroom (queen, 2 twins, 1 twin & bunk loft) farmhouse has been completely refurbished and freshly painted - all new kitchen, baths, furnace, appliances, furnishing, etc. It's a classy home, centrally located to enjoy the beauty of this coastal island paradise. Price far more affordably than similar oceanfront properties, Capt'n Avery's Place is surrounded by coastal beauty a few minute venture in any direction!
