Eagle's Landing Cottage is an eastside facing property, capturing those idyllic eastern views across Union Bay over to the hills of Acadia, including Cadillac Mountain. A winding lane, laced with blackberry bushes, ferns and spruce, carries you to this amazing 5+ acre parcel and stunning beachfront cottage.
This charming hideaway is surrounded by more than 260 feet of excellent beach frontage, fields, forest, grassy marsh, and even a “moon pond” – a small “salt water pond” that fills after spring tides (when the sun and moon align and produce greater tidal ranges). The outside beauty is enjoyed from inside as expansive waterside windows take in the surrounding scenery, with shimmering blue waters seen from most every room.

Eagles Landing offers room to spread out. A family room easily separates from the living room by French Doors. A third floor loft offers a quiet hide-away to curl up with a book. The open floor plan and abundant windows captures the ocean vista throughout!! An electronic table tennis game adds hours of fun!!! Relax on the open deck running along the entire back of the property. Ample property and shorefront to explore!!

Exterior: This incredible home has a private deep water mooring. 264 feet of beach frontage overlooking Acadia National Park. Over 5 acres. Wooded, w/huge beach area. Private and gorgeous!
Pet Policy: Is pet friendly ONLY to conscientious pet owners, with added cleaning fee and security deposit to insure home immaculately cared for and cleaned for following guest's stay.
Nearby: The Lobster Shack: boiled lobsters, clams, kayak/bike rentals & more, Carrying Place Beach - warmest salt-water swimming beach in area.
Note: Eagle's Landing is the primary residence for the owners - who will be away traveling during the rental season.
